PARADEEP. The Indian Oil Corporation ltd Paradeep premises went on tense on Saturday following dead body of a labour found hanging inside the plant site, the angry workers and labourers staged Dharana and protest from Saturday wee hours. The agitated protestors claimed the deceased had been hanging before killing and mystery shrouds following his death. As tension prevailed inside the plant site CISF personnel forced to take action and used mild lathi charge as consequence the protestors retaliated the incident and hurled stones and rocks to the office building and guarding CISF people as result damaged occurred in office premises and few CISF personnel including 12 agitated protestors had been sustained injured and now undergoing treatment at Biju Memorial hospital, Paradeep. Meanwhile the deceased had been identified as Sanjaya Patra a resident of local Trilochanpur village, police rushed to the spot and recovered the dead body and sent the body for postmortem and investigation is on to ascertain the cause of the death and two platoon police force have been deployed at the IOCL site to prevent any law and order situation and the situation is under control, informed Bhabani Shankar Mishra , deputy superintendent of police Paradeep.
