The 7th International Odissi Dance Festival-2012 has been started today at Rabindra Mandap, will continue till 29 Dec. More than 300 Odissi dancers from all over the world are performing.
Guru Kelu Charan Mohapatra Odissi Research Centre & Deptt. of Tourism & Culture, Govt. of Odisha is organising the International Odissi Dance Festival.
The 7 day long festival will feature 70 solo, 14 duet and 20 group performance. The programme has been categorized into three sections. Renowned artistes like Kumkum Mohanty, Sonal Mansingh, Kumkum Lal, Ileana Citaristi, Alok Kanungo, Kiran Shehgal, Ranjana Gowhar, Kanduri Charan Behera would perform.
