Adipurush is a forthcoming Indian Hindu mythological film based on the epic Ramayana. In the movie, Prabhas portrays Adi Purusha, Kriti Sanon portrays Janaki and Saif Ali Khan portrays Lankesh.
Adipurush is directed by Om Raut and jointly produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles. The film was shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu languages and will be released with its dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Adipurush Movie is based on the epic Ramayana that revolves around the triumph of good over evil. According to Hindu mythology, 7000 years ago, Ayodhya’s king Raghava travels to the island of Lanka to rescue his wife Janaki, who Lankesh, the king of Lanka, abducted.
Adipurush Release Date
Adipurush will be released on June 16, 2023. It was initially scheduled to be released on August 11, 2022, however, that date was later pushed back owing to the release of Laal Singh Chaddha.
Adipurush Budget
Adipurush Movie budget is Rs. 500 crores (US$66 million), which makes it one of the most expensive Indian films ever made. Out of Rs. 500 crores, ₹250 crores (US$33 million) will be spent on visual effects.
