Mahesh Babu is an Indian Indian actor, and producer who mainly works in Telugu Cinema. He was born on 9 August 1975 in a Telugu family in Madras (now Chennai), Tamil Nadu, India. His father is Telugu actor Krishna and his mother is Indira Devi.
Mahesh was the 4th child after Ramesh Babu, Parvathi, and Manjula Swaroop and before younger sister Priyadarshini. He did his schooling at St. Bede’s Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Chennai, and graduated in Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai.
After graduation, he met with director L. Satyanand in Vishakhapatnam to get training in acting. He is often referred to as the Prince of Tollywood by the media and a superstar of Telugu cinema by his fans.
