JAGATSINGHPUR May 16. District BJP and congress wings on Monday staged demonstration and protest meetings separately in front of collector office here and sought early implementation of Odisha Reservation of Vacancies [ORV] Act in state, 38 percent seat reservation in medical, engineering and other technical colleges for SC and ST candidates. Later they submitted a memorandum before district collector addressed to state governor separately.
